Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup apple sauce
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (such as Lily’s brand)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, apple sauce, oats, almond milk, raisins or nuts, chocolate chunks, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
- Scoop & Bake: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until cookies are set and lightly golden.
