These no-sugar, no-flour cookies are naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and packed with oats, making them a wholesome treat you can enjoy anytime. Perfect for breakfast on the go, an afternoon snack, or a late-night bite, these cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with chocolatey goodness.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup apple sauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (such as Lily’s brand)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, apple sauce, oats, almond milk, raisins or nuts, chocolate chunks, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Scoop & Bake: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until cookies are set and lightly golden.
  5. Cool & Enjoy: Allow cookies to cool before serving.
